微生态制剂肽菌素在肉鸡生产中的应用研究

摘    要:将微生态制剂肽菌素添加到肉鸡的日粮中,通过测定肉鸡的生长性能、消化道生理和肠道菌群等指标,探讨肽菌素在肉鸡生产上的应用效果。结果表明:①金霉素和肽菌素均能显著提高肉鸡21日龄体重,1~21日龄平均日增重以及料肉比(P<0.05)。从料肉比来看,添加肽菌素和金霉素均有降低1~21日龄肉鸡料肉比的趋势,且肽菌素各组料肉比均低于金霉素组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。②肽菌素能显著降低21日龄肉鸡十二指肠、空肠和整个小肠的相对长度,显著增加回肠相对长度(P<0.05)。金霉素对十二指肠、空肠和整个小肠的长度无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著增加回肠相对长度(P<0.05)。42日龄时,肽菌素仅显著增加空肠的相对长度,对其他肠段无显著影响(P>0.05)。而金霉素则对42日龄肉鸡的十二指肠、空肠、回肠和整个小肠的长度无显著影响(P>0.05)。③肽菌素和金霉素对21日龄及42日龄肉鸡的十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度以及绒隐比值均无显著影响(P>0.05),但有提高的趋势。④肽菌素有提高21日龄肉鸡盲肠内容物中乳酸杆菌数量和降低大肠杆菌数量的趋势,各组间差异不显著;金霉素显著降低了乳酸杆菌和大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。综上所述,肽菌素能提高肉鸡的生产性能、改善肠道形态、增加肠道中乳酸杆菌的数量和降低大肠杆菌的数量,且前期效果大于后期。

Abstract:The micro-ecological preparation peptin was added in the diet of broilers to measure the growth performance,physiology of alimentary tract and intestinal microflora of broilers.And the application effects of peptin in the production of broilers were discussed.The results showed that both aureomycin and peptin could significantly increase the 21-day-old body weight,the average daily gain from the 1st day to the 21st day and the feed-meat ratio of broilers(P<0.05).From the view of feed-meat ratio,adding peptin and aureomycin could decrease the feed-meat ratio from the 1st day to the 21st day.The feed-meat ratio in different groups of peptin was lower than that of aureomycin group,without significant difference(P>0.05).Peptin could significantly decrease the relative length of duodenum,jejunum and whole small intestine of 21-day-old broilers,significantly increase the relative length of ileum(P<0.05).Aureomycin had no significant effect on the length of duodenum,jejunum and whole small intestine(P>0.05),but it significantly increased the relative length of ileum(P<0.05).On the 42nd day,peptin only significantly increased the relative length of jejunum,but it had no significant effect on other intestinal segments(P>0.05).While aureomycin had no significant effect on the length of duodenum,jejunum,ileum and whole small intestine of 42-day-old broilers(P>0.05).Aureomycin and peptin had no significant effect on the villus height,recess depth and the ratio of villus height to recess depth in duodenurn,jejunum and ileum of 21-day-old or 42-day-old broilers(P>0.05),but there was an increasing tendency.Peptin had the tendency of increasing the lactobacillus number and decreasing the number of Escherichia coli in the contents of cecum in 21-day-old broilers and there was no significant difference in different groups.While aureomycin significantly decreased the number of lactobacillus and Escherichia coli(P<0.05).To sum up,peptin could enhance the production performance of broilers,improve the intestinal morphology,increase the number of lactobacilli and decrease the number of Escherichia coli,and the effects in early stage was better than that in late stage.
