| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿术后最佳妊娠时机和术后辅助药物治疗对妊娠的影响。方法分析206例经腹腔镜手术治疗的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者的临床资料,并排除其他不孕因素。结果术后随访期间总妊娠率为67.0%（138/206）。Ⅰ~Ⅲ期的总妊娠率明显高于Ⅳ期（P〈0.05）;Ⅱ、Ⅲ期术后1～12月的妊娠率明显高于1a后的妊娠率（P〈0.05）。Ⅰ期无辅助药物治疗,Ⅱ~Ⅳ期辅助药物治疗者的术后妊娠率、流产率与无辅助药物治疗者比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者腹腔镜手术后1～12月是妊娠最佳时机,术后辅助药物治疗不能提高妊娠率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the best opportunity of post-laparoscopic pregnancy and influence of fertility drugs in patients with ovarian endometrial cyst（OEC）.Methods Clinical data of 206 OEC patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were analyzed,of whom other causes of infertility were excluded.Results Of the 206 cases,138（67%） became pregnant during follow-up period.Overall pregnancy rates of OEC patients with stages I～III were higher than those of stage IV（P〈0.05）,and the first year pregnancy rate increased in those with stages II and III compared with 1 year later（P〈0.05）.OEC patients with stage I took no fertility drugs.In the patients with stages II-IV,no significant difference was observed in the pregnancy and abortion rates regardless of fertility drugs（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The first year may be the best opportunity of pregnancy in OEC patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,and the fertility drugs seem not to improve the pregnancy rate. |
