| 摘 要： | 随着现代分子生物学技术的发展,植物基因工程研究为植物抗虫育种开辟了新的途径,转基因抗虫棉的出现也有效地抑制了害虫对棉花作物的危害。本文讨论了多种抗虫基因,并论述了转基因抗虫棉的研究进展及其现实应用中出现的问题和对策。

| Abstract: | Developing of molecular biology,study in plant genetic engineering produces a new route for anti-insert breeding.Now,the main insects have been almost prevented by anti-insect transgenic cotton,so production and quality of cotton fiber is stable,which bring much more economic income for farmer.Some anti-insert genes and application in cotton were summarized;problems and strategies in anti-insect transgenic cotton were also discussed in this paper. |
