福建省稻瘟病菌毒性类型及部分水稻品种(组合)抗病性

摘    要:测定了2003-2006年从福建省主要稻区分离挑选的97个稻瘟病单孢菌株对国际水稻所CO39近等基因系(near-iso-genic lines,NILs)6个鉴别品种和部分水稻品种的致病性.结果表明,福建省稻瘟病菌株分别属于14个毒性类型,优势类型和亚优势类型分别是I34.1和I35.1,其对8个福建主栽品种的毒力频率分别为51.96%和60.23%.2003-2006年各年度的菌株多样性指数分别为0.6324、0.5541、0.6000和0.7699.相邻年度间的病菌毒性类型相似率分别为57.14%、54.55%和46.15%.说明福建省稻瘟病菌毒性类型在各年份间的分布呈现不同的特征.CO39-NILs中C101LAC(Pi-1),育种亲本中R527、亚恢627、多系1号和谷丰A,主栽品种中D优527、D奇宝优527和T优5537对稻瘟病菌的抗性好,抗性表现均为抗(R);95个新育成的品种中表现抗(R)和中抗(MR)的分别占16.84%和22.11%,其中新品种谷优5188、特优18、天优3301、Ⅱ优907、Ⅱ优516和D奇宝优5号的抗性频率高于90%,且对田间叶瘟和穗瘟的抗性表现较好,说明这些抗性品种及其所携带的基因是福建省育种的良好材料.

Abstract:The pathogenicities of 97 single spore isolates collected from Magnaporthe grisea in main rice growing regions of Fujian Province from 2003 to 2006 to 6 differential rice varieties of CO39 near-isogenic lines(NILs) and some other rice varieties were analyzed.The results showed that M.grisea isolates belonged to 14 pathogenic types.The dominance type and sub-dominance type were I34.1 and I35.1 respectively,with the virulent frequencies of 51.96% and 60.23% to 8 main cultivars in Fujian.Diversity indexes of isolates in each year from 2003 to 2006 were 0.6324,0.5541,0.6000 and 0.7699,similar rates of pathogenic types between adjacent years were 57.14%,54.55% and 46.15%.C101LAC(Pi-1) of CO39-NILs,R527,Yahui 627,Duoxi 1 and Gufeng A of breeding parents,D You 527,D Qibaoyou 527 and T You 5537 of rice main cultivars had higher resistance and their resistance evaluation results were all R.The new bred rice varieties,whose resistance evaluation result were R or MR,accounted for 16.84% and 22.11% respectively.Among these the resistance frequencies of Guyou 5188,Teyou 18,Tianyou 3301,Ⅱyou 907,Ⅱyou 516 and D Qibaoyou 5 were all above 90%,and they also showed better resistance to leaf blast and neck blast in field.It suggested that these rice varieties and their holding genes could be used as resistance sources for breeding parents.
