摘 要: | 目的]探讨小麦杂交组合F2群体总戊聚糖含量的分布特点。方法]以小麦杂交组合郑麦9405/皖麦19F2代随机群体为试材,分析335个单株籽粒的全麦粉总戊聚糖(TP)含量。结果]双亲郑麦9405和皖麦19的总戊聚糖含量分别为7.55%和8.80%,B代群体的全麦粉总戊聚糖含量平均值为7.04%,总戊聚糖含量高于亲本皖麦19(8.80%)的单株占5.7%,低于亲本郑麦9405(7.55%)的单株占65.4%,介于双亲之间的单株占29.0%。其中,总戊聚糖含量高于9.00%的有11株,占3.3%,高于9.50%的有3株,占0.9%;低于5.00%的有14株,占4.2%,低于4.50%的有4株,占1.2%。结论]在具有不同总戊聚糖含量亲本的杂交组合后代群体中,能够筛选出高、低总戊聚糖含量的育种材料。

Abstract: | Objective] The purpose was to explore the distribution characteristics of the total pentosan(TP) content in F2 population of wheat cross combination.Method] With the random population of F2 generation from "Zhengmai 9405/Wanmai 19" as tested materials,the wholemeal TP content with in grains of 335 single plants was analyzed.Result] The TP contents of parents Zhengmai 9405 and Wanmai 19 were 7.55% and 8.80%,resp.,the mean value of wholemeal TP content of F2 population was 7.04%,the single plants with TP content that was higher than parent Wanmai 19(8.80%) accounted for 5.7%,the single plants that was lower than parent Zhengmai 9405(7.55%) made up 65.4%,and the single plants between parents accounted for 29.0%.Among them,11 plants with TP content over 9.00%,accounting for 3.3%,3 plants with TP over 9.50%,making up 0.9%;14 plants with TP content lower than 5.00%,accounting for 4.2%,4 plants with TP less than 4.50%,making up 1.2%.Conclusion] The breeding materials with high and low TP content could be screened in progeny population of cross combination with parents of different TP content |
