| 摘 要： | 以黑龙江省野生植物柳穿鱼为研究对象,对其组织培养中诱导生根进行试验研究,为其在园林绿化中得以快速推广应用提供理论基础。结果表明:生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L或1/2MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L,生根效果都很理想,生根率可达100%;生根苗的移栽基质以蛭石最好,在温室内栽培,成活率最高,达100%。

| Abstract: | Taking wild plant Linaria vulgaris L.var.sinensis Bebeaux in Heilongjiang Province as material,and the rooting induction in tissue culture were studied,which can provide the theory foundation for it in the botanical garden and fast promote the application.The results showed that the rooting rate can reach 100%;The rooting plants transferred growth base was the vermiculite,and cultivated in the greenhouse,the survival rate was the highest,rooting rate reached 100%. |
