| 摘 要： | 介绍了昌黎县的自然、地理及水资源概况,分析了昌黎县水资源开发利用中存在的问题,并提出了促进水资源可持续开发利用的具体策略,即：节约用水、进一步退耕还林、提高区域供水能力及加强管理与保护。

| Abstract: | In this paper, situation of nature, geology, and water resources in Changli county is presented, the problems existing in water development and utilization was analyzed, and some countermeasures were put forward to improve sustainable development and use of regional water resources, which-are saving on water, reforesting some of the cultivated land, raising regional water-providing ability, and enhancing management and safeguard. |
