粳稻02428突变体重组自交系糙米功能成分含量及其与农艺性状的相关分析

摘    要:利用粳稻02428突变体的RIL群体336个F9家系,对糙米中总黄酮和生物碱等2种功能活性成分含量的变异及其与主要农艺性状的相关性进行分析.结果表明,①2种功能活性成分在F9家系间均有较大的变异,其中生物碱含量变异最大,总黄酮变异最小,变异系数分别为55.87%和22.67%.②剑叶宽与总黄酮含量(0.135**)、结实率与生物碱含量(0.130**)呈极显著相关;穗下节长与总黄酮含量(0.127*)、秕粒数与生物碱含量(-0.125*)呈显著相关.③剑叶宽、穗下节长与总黄酮含量、秕粒数与生物碱含量的相关关系主要是直接效应,直接通径系数分别为0.129,0.250和-0.298;结实率与生物碱含量的相关主要是通过株高、剑叶长宽、穗颈长、穗下节长、1~2节长、穗长、实粒数、秕粒数的间接作用,说明剑叶宽、穗下节长、秕粒数和结实率可作为高含量总黄酮、生物碱水稻品种选育的重要参考指标.
