甘蔗硝酸还原酶活性及其与产量性状的关系

摘    要:在甘蔗的5个生长阶段测定了24个品种的+1叶硝酸还原酶活性(NRA),并对7个产量性状(株高、茎径、茎重、有效茎数、蔗产量、锤度、含糖量)与 NRA 的关系进行了相关、回归分析.NRA 在甘蔗品种间有很大差异。在蔗株生长过程中,NRA 一般随株龄的增长而下降,其变化规律与碳,氮代谢及蔗糖分积累有关。前期 NRA 高的品种,后期 NRA 也相对较高;前期 NRA 低的品种,后期 NRA 则相对较低。茎径、茎重和有效茎数三个性状与前中期 NRA 的关系较密切:茎径、茎重与 NRA 呈凸向上形抛物线关系;有效茎数与 NRA 呈凹向上形抛物线关系。其他性状与各时期的NRA 均无显著相关.

Abstract:Nitrate reductase activities(NRAs)of 24 sugarcane varieties were assayed in 5 different growing stages,and the relation between 7 yield characters(plant height,stalk diameter,stalk weight,effective stalk number,cane yield,brix and sucrose content per hectare)and NRAs were exa- mined by means of correlation and regression analyses.There were signifi- cant differences of NRAs among sugarcane varieties.NRAs ordinarily decreased with increasing plant ages.However,NRAs of a few sugarcane varieties increased slightly in some stages.It appeared that the level of NRA was intimately related to C/N metabolic activities and sucrose accumulation in the cane.Varieties with high(or low)level of NRA in the early growing stages had a rather high(or low)level of NRA in late growing stages.Stalk diameter,stalk weight and effective stalk number showed significant relation to NRAs in the early and the middle growing stages. The stalk diameter and stalk weight correlated with NRA in a rising convex type parabola,while the effective stalk number correlated with NRA in a rising concave type parabola.
