摘 要: | 采用正交设计对荷兰铁组培繁殖过程中的增殖培养基配方进行研究,同时对其生根培养及假植基质配方进行筛选。结果表明:荷兰铁茅增殖培养基适宜配方为1/2MS+BA1mg/L+KT1mg/L+IBA1.2mg/L;生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L或1/2MS+KT0.2mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L;假植基质适宜配比为蛭石:珍珠岩=1:1。

Abstract: | The results of study on multiplication, rooting and transplant of factory rapid propagation of Yucca elephantipes showed that the appropriate multiplication medium is 1/2 MS + BA lmg/L + KT lmg/L + IBA 1.2mg/L; rooting medium is 1/2 MS + NAA 0.5mg/L or 1/2 MS + KT 0.2mg/L + IBA 0.5mg/L + NAA 0.3mg/L and the medium for temporary planting is vermiculite and perliti with ratio of 1:1. |
