蚊子草叶挥发油成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的用气相色谱-质谱法对蚊子草叶的挥发油进行化学成分分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从蚊子草叶中提取挥发油。用归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。结果共鉴定了22种成分,占挥发油总量的76.38%以上。结论本方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适合用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。

Abstract:Objective The chemical components of the essential oil from leaves of Filipendula palmate(Pall) Maxim were analyzed by GC-MS.Method The essential oil was extracted from leaves of Filipendula palmate(Pall) Maxim by steam distillation, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method.The component separated were identified by GC-MS.Results There are 22 components composed of about 76.38% of the total essential oil were separated and identified.Conclusion The method is reliable, stable and good repeatability, this method can be applied to the analysis of the essential oil components was extracted from Chinese traditional medicine components.
