| 摘 要： | 介绍了植物生理学实验教学中几个实验方法的改进。重点介绍了对叶绿体色素的提取和分离过程改进，对叶绿素a和b含量测定的改进，对种子活力的快速测定方法的改进。通过实验方法的改进，在有限的学时内较高质量的完成实验教学，进一步提高了学生的思维和综合分析能力。

| Abstract: | The improvements of some experiment methods in the experimental teaching of plant physiology were introduced.The improvement of the extraction and separation process of chloroplast pigments,the improvement of content determination of chlorophyll a and b,and the improvement of the rapid determination method of seeds vigor were mainly introduced.Through the improvements of experimental methods,the experimental teaching with higher quality was completed within limited teaching time and the thought and comprehensive analysis ability of students were further improved. |
