| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选抗盐能力强的亚麻品种。方法]用不同浓度盐溶液及清水浸泡亚麻品种双亚6号、Tifka和Argos的种子,恒温培养7 d后测定亚麻幼苗的叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、过氧化物酶（POD）活性。结果]随着盐浓度的增加,3种亚麻幼苗的叶绿素含量和SOD活性先升高后下降,可溶性蛋白含量和POD活性升高。当盐浓度为0.75%时,3种亚麻幼苗的叶绿素含量最高。不同盐胁迫水平引起不同品种的叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量变化不同;Argos的叶绿素含量高于双亚6号和Tifka。不同盐浓度胁迫下3种亚麻幼苗的脯氨酸含量均增加;Argos的脯氨酸含量高于双亚6号和Tifka。Argos的可溶性蛋白含量高于双亚6号和Tifka。结论]Argos的抗盐性高于双亚6号和Tifka。
