小麦禾谷孢囊线虫病在青海发生分布状况调查

摘    要:对青海省7个地区24个县(市)小麦禾谷孢囊线虫病的发生分布进行了调查。调查结果表明,青海省不同海拔、不同生态区均有小麦禾谷孢囊线虫病的发生分布,平均孢囊样品发生率为72.67%。海拔3501~3900m的青稞种植区孢囊样品发生率最高,达到了100%,2501~3500m海拔区段单位孢囊数最高,200g土样内平均孢囊数达到36.11~35.07个。不同生态区调查显示浅山地区单位孢囊数较高,脑山次之,浅、脑山地区单位孢囊数均明显大于川水地区。小麦禾谷孢囊线虫的主要危害寄主为小麦和青稞。

Studies on Occurrence and Distribution of Cereal Cyst Nematode of Wheat in Qinghai Province

Abstract:The distribution of wheat cereal cyst nematode in 24 counties (cities) of 7 areas of Qinghai Province was surveyed. The results showed that the wheat cereal cyst nematode disease occurred in different elevations and different ecological zones of Qinghai Province. The average incidence of cyst samples was 72.670. On the barley growing areas of 3 501 - 3 900 m above sea level, the highest incidence of cyst samples was 100%. In 2 501 -3 500 m sea-level area,the unit number of cyst was highest,the average number were 36.11 -35.07 in 200 g soil. The survey findings of different ecological zones suggested that the unit number of Asayama zones cyst were higher, followed by Naoshan region, the cyst num- ber of units in Qianshan and Naoshan regions were significantly larger than the Chuanshui region. Its main damage hosts were wheat and barley.
