杜鹃花表达序列标签资源中的微卫星信息分析

摘    要:从NCBI数据库下载杜鹃花表达序列标签序列1323条,去冗余后得到912条EST。采用Tandemrepeatfinder软件分析,最终在61条EST序列中找到65个SSR位点,出现频率为7.1272%。二碱基重复是杜鹃花EST内SSR的主要重复类型,占66.1538%;单碱基和三碱基重复次之,分别占据15.3846%和9.2308%。四碱基、五碱基、六碱基类型的SSR相对比较少。多达90.7692%的SSR位点为完美型微卫星重复。这些富含SSR位点的EST序列将为开发微卫星特异性引物,并用于杜鹃花群体生物多样性和遗传结构分析提供理论依据。

Abstract:A total of 1 323 Rhododendron sirnsii ESTs downloaded from the NCBI database were analyzed, from whieh 912 non-redundant ESTs were obtained. Sixty-five EST-SSRs distributed in 61 ESTs were found by the Tandem repeat finder software with a frequency of 7. 127 2%. Especially, dinucleotide repeat was the main type in R. simsii, accounting for 66. 153 8% of all SSRs. The mononucleotide and trinucleotide repeats took up to 15. 384 6% and 9. 230 8%, respectively. By contract, the rest types including tetranucleotide, pentanuclootide and hexanucleotide repeats were the least. Totally, 90. 769 2% of these SSR loci were perfect repeats. These EST sequences containing SSR loci would facilitate the further development of specific SSR markers, as well as the study of biodiversity and genetic structure of R. simsii.
