| 摘 要： | 应用细胞核移植技术，把未分化或处于不同发育阶段的胚胎分裂球或细胞移入成熟的去核卵母细胞，并使之融合，成为Ｇ＿０代克隆卵。将Ｇ＿０代克隆卵移入同期发情的山羊输卵管中培养５ｄ，回收得到克隆胚，选择其中正常发育至８～１６细胞的克隆胚，将其胚胎细胞再移入成熟的去核卵母细胞，并进行电融合，构成Ｇ＿１代再克隆卵。１２９枚Ｇ＿０代克隆卵和１４３枚Ｇ＿１代再克隆卵移入同期发情的山羊输卵管，获得Ｇ＿０代克隆羊２只和Ｇ＿１代再克隆羊４只。介绍了产生克隆动物的各个技术环节以及这些环节与克隆动物出生率的关系。

| Abstract: | Blastomeres or cells of various dedifferentiating and developing stages from goats were injectedinto the perivitelline space of enucleared oocytes, the two cells were fused by electrofusion. The cloning eggs(first generation)cultured for 5 days in vivo were used as karyoplast donors to reconst itute recloni ng eggs.Recloning eggs(second generation) can be obtained by salne procedure as cloning eggs, 129 cloning eggs and143 recloning eggs(second generation) were transfered into the oviducts of synthetic ewe's reclpients,2 ofcloning and 4 of recloning offsprings have been born. This paper discussed main points of cloning techniqueand efficiency in the goats. |
