| 摘 要： | 当代大学生勤工助学，已经不再是以单纯获得物质利益为目的，同时也为了提高自身能力和锻炼自己。在勤工助学时，如何能做到既得到了应有的回报，也保证了学习的优良成绩和自己的人身安全。通过对案例的分析，结合自身多年的学团工作经验，充分分析了勤工助学对在校大学生成长的影响，最后从多个角度提出建议。
