| 摘 要： | 为探讨集约经营对毛竹笋品质的影响．对2种不同经营类型毛竹林地的土壤及毛竹笋进行采样分析。缔果表明：集约经营毛竹林地土壤养分含量高于粗放经营；集约经营降低了毛竹笋体中总糖、蛋白质、脂肪含量，而提高了淀粉、游离氨基酸含量；集约经营使毛竹笋体S，Ca，Mg，Fe，Mn，Cu，Zn，Si，Na等矿质元素含量降低，P，K含量升高。 |

| Abstract: | Soils and bamboo shoots getting from two kinds of intensive managements are analyzed in order to exploit the influence of intensive management on the bamboo shoot's quality. The result shows that intensive management could improve the content of soil nutrition comparing with extensive management. And intensive management can increase the quantity of starch and free amino acids while decreasing total quantity of sugar, proteins and fats. The content of minerals such as S, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Si and Na in bamboo shoot is reduced but the mineral elements as P and K go up. |
