多菌灵、石灰对5种霉菌抑菌效果的研究

摘    要:在不同浓度的多菌灵、石灰平板上分别接种 5种霉菌孢子菌丝进行培养 ,结果表明 ,根霉、木霉、曲霉等3种霉菌在石灰和多菌灵平板上均难于生长。青霉在多菌灵平板上难于生长 ,但对石灰不敏感。不同浓度多菌灵、石灰对毛霉均有不同的抑制作用 ,且随着浓度的增加抑制力越明显

Abstract:Spores of 5 kinds of mold were inoculated on the plate of Carbendazim and lime of different concentration ,the results showed that it is difficult for three kinds of Rhizopus.Trichoderma,Aspergillius etc. to grow on the plate of Carbendazim and lime.but unsenstive to lime.Carbendazim and lime solution of different concertration inhibited Mucor with different results.with concertration increase the inhibition showed even more obviously.
