太空诱变甜菜创新株系产质量比较分析

摘    要:试验对4个太空诱变株系及5个对照(1个统一对照,4个母系对照)进行田间对比试验,并对其主要经济性状产量、含糖做差异性比较分析。统计结果表明:二倍体诱变株系JT7503-36528 SP2含糖率比统一对照高2.68度,比母系高1.84度,并达到5%的显著水平;四倍体诱变株系JT334-3 SP2产量及含糖均超母系对照,产糖量超母系对照14.3%,这2份诱变材料入选株系超亲性状显著,证明甜菜太空诱变后代返地育种试验初见成效。

Abstract:The field comparative experiment of 4 spaceflight mutation lines and 5 control varieties(1 general control and 4 female controls) was conducted,to analyze their main economic characters and sugar content.The results showed that the sugar content of the spaceflight mutation diploid lines,JT7503-36528 SP2,increased by 2.68 and 1.84 in comparison with general control and female control,respectively;the yield and sugar content of spaceflight mutation tetraploid lines,JT334-3 SP2,were high than that of its femal...
