巴戟枯萎病的病原菌鉴定

摘    要: 巴戟枯萎病是一种毁灭性的病害,且前在广东省高要县发生严要.经病原菌分离培养、形态特征观察和致病性测定等试验结果表明,它由尖镰孢霉内的一个新的专化型(Fusarium oxysporum Schl f.sp.morindae Chi et Shi f.sp.nov.)为害所致.病菌可通过土壤和插条传播.据初步研究表明,用50%多菌灵可湿性粉刺1000倍浸泡液插条12—24小时可防治带菌,值得继续试验.

Abstract:A destructive wilt disease of the medicinal herb,Indian mulberry (Morinda officinalis How.) was found occurring in Gao-yao county of Guangdong Province.According to the cultural,morphological and pathogenicity studies,the pathogen showed to be a new forma specialis of Fusarium oxysporum Schlect It is therefore to propose for it the name:Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp.morindae Chi et Shi,f.sp.nov.Infected soil and infected cuttings of M.officinalis were found to serve as sources for dispersal of the pathogen.Preliminary fungicidal test showed that no F.oxysporum could be isolated from the Morinda cuttings that had been soaked for 12-24 hours in the 1/1000 diluted solution of 50% Bavistin,though further test would be desirable.
