| Abstract: | Rice is the largest food crop in China. It will be suffered from kinds of pests and diseases damage and pollu- tion, including pesticides, chemical fertilizers, heavy metals, toxic substances and microorganism in planting and pro- cessing. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors, countermeasures for improvement of rice quality and safety were provided. |
