| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了建国卅五年来我国茶叶科研取得的主要成就,包括茶树生长发育的特性与引种试验、茶树种质资源的调查、品种选育与组织培养、茶树栽培技术及其与土壤、营养及水分条件的关系,茶树病虫发生规律与防治方法,茶类与茶叶加工技术,茶树光能利用与物质代谢,茶叶化学成分与红、绿茶品质的关系,茶叶的药用价值,茶籽的工业应用等。
