| 摘 要： | 为确诊天峻县3头牦牛死亡的病原,对该病病原进行分离培养、动物试验、生化鉴定和多重PCR鉴定.结果表明,从3头牦牛中分离出3株多杀性巴氏杆菌；根据设计的特异引物通过多重PCR扩增,获得大小为460 bp的多杀性巴氏杆菌的种特异性Kmt1基因和760 bp的血清型bcbD基因的特异性条带,这3株巴氏杆菌的血清型是荚膜B型；3株分离菌对喹诺酮类合成抗菌药物如氧氟沙星、培氟沙星、氟罗沙星,氯霉素类药物氟苯尼考及部分头孢类药物如头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、头孢西丁、头孢唑啉等敏感.

| Abstract: | In order to determine the pathogen of yak in Tianjun,fractional cultivation of pathogen,pathogenicity test of mice,identification of biochemistry and multiplex PCR were done.The results showed that 3 strains Pasteurellosis multocida were obtained from 3 yaks;specific primers were designed and synthesized according to the published sequences of Kmt1,hyaD-hyaC,bcbD,dcbF,ecbJ and fcbD gene of Pasteurellosis multocida.The Kmt1 and bcbD gene was amplified by multiplex PCR from 3 isolated strains,i.e the 3 bacterial isolates belong to capsular serotype B of Pasteurella mutocida;the 3 strains were sensitive to ofloxacin,pefloxacin,fleroxacin,florfenicol,ceftriaxone,cefotaxime,cefoxitin and cefazolin. |
