摘    要:采用盆栽实验研究了干旱胁迫对红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia)和变异小冠花(Coronilla varia)生理特性的影响,并对其抗旱性进行了评价。结果表明,随着土壤干旱胁迫程度的加剧,2种牧草叶片水分饱和亏、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、MDA、超氧阴离子自由基含量、SOD、CAT、APX活性均呈显著增加趋势。在各干旱处理条件下,变异小冠花叶片水分饱和亏与超氧阴离子自由基含量显著高于红豆草,红豆草的游离脯氨酸含量与CAT活性均显著高于变异小冠花,但可溶性糖和MDA含量的种间差异不显著(P0.05)。2草种间SOD活性只有在对照下差异显著(P0.05),APX活性则在对照与严重胁迫下差异显著(P0.05)。经抗旱性综合评价,红豆草的抗旱性要高于变异小冠花。

Abstract:The pot experiment was carried out to compare the drought resistance between Onobrychis viciaefolia and Coronilla varia by measuring their physiological characteristics of under the different drought stress.This study indicated that the increase of soil drought conditions resulted in the increase of the water saturation deficit in leaf,proline content,soluble sugar content,MDA content,superoxide anion free radical content as well as the activities of SOD,CAT and APX of O.viciaefolia and C.varia.Among each t...
