| 摘 要： | 为了获得具有优质亚基基因的小麦转化植株，以豫麦18号和豫麦21号两个基因型的小麦幼胚为受体，利用基因枪法将重组质粒pCAMBIA1301-Sub5 10导入小麦幼胚，分别获得18株和20株再生植株，经PCR检测分别有7株和10株同时扩增到5亚基和10亚基的目标片段，初步表明外源目标基因已整合到小麦的基因组中。 |

| Abstract: | To get a new wheat variety with high yield and high quality, immature embryos of two wheat (genotypes) Yumai18 and Yumai21 were used as receptor, the recombinant plasmid pCAMBIA1301-Sub5+10 was transformed into the wheat immature embryos by high velocity microprojectile bombardment, 18 plants and 20 plants were respectively obtained for those two genetypes, 7 plants and 10 plants had been detected with the target fragments of 5 and 10 genes by PCR analysis. The results indicated that foreign target genes had been (integrated) into wheat genomes. |
