摘    要:橡塑渗灌管生产工艺是决定其渗水性能和应用效果的关键因素。该文对国内外橡塑渗灌管生产工艺和渗水性能的研究进展进行了分析和总结,指出进一步提高渗灌管渗水均匀性和抗堵塞性能是目前生产工艺改进的主要任务,渗水性能测试是优化渗灌管生产工艺和应用设计的重要步骤,制定严格的产品标准和测试方法是实现橡塑渗灌管规范化生产的关键。

Abstract:Manufacturing technique of rubber-based porous pipe as subirrigation lateral determines its discharge characteristics and normal operation performance. Advances in the manufacturing technique and discharge characteristics test of the porous pipe were reviewed. Emission uniformity and anti-clogging capability of the pipe are the main task for processing improvement. Discharge characteristics test is the key step for optimizing the manufacturing technique and the application design of porous pipe. Test method and production criterion are the key for advancing the technology and realizing standardization in manufacturing practice.
