摘    要:目的]对芒果叶挥发油化学成分进行研究。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法从芒果叶中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC—MS)分析芒果叶挥发油的化学成分,并用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对质量分数。结果]共分离到22个色谱峰,鉴定了其中的15种化合物,占挥发油总量的92.06%,主要成分为β-芹子烯(28.89%),α-古云烯(11.64%),α-芹子烯(10.04%),石竹烯(10.01%),β-榄香烯(6.81%),α-蓓草烯(6.19%)等。结论]揭示了芒果叶的药理作用,为综合开发利用芒果植物提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the chemical components of volatile oil from Leaves of Mangifera indica L..Method] The volatile oil from Leaves of Mangifera indica L.was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative contents were determined by area normalization.Result] 22 peaks were separated and 15 compounds that were 92.06 % of the oil fraction were identified.The major compositions were β-Selinene(28.89 %),α-Gurjunene(11.64 %),α-Selinene(10.04 %) Caryophyllene(10.01%),β-Elemene(6.81%),α-Humulene(6.19%),etc.Conclusion]The study revealed the pharmacological action of Mangifera indica L.and provided the basis for comprehensive development and utilization.
