摘    要:凸模及凹模形状对挤压件成形影响较大。利用三维有限元分析软件对不同结构凸模与凹模挤压成形过程进行模拟分析。基于模拟优化的结果,确定凸、凹模合理的结构及尺寸参数.可降低生产成本,缩短开发周期。

The Structure Optimization Design of Claw Seat Extrusion Forming Die

Abstract:The punch and the die shape has great influence on extrusion forming. The different structure of the convex die and the con- cave die extrusion forming process was simulated and analyzed by using three-dimensional finite element analysis software. The structure and size and the parameters of the convex, concave die are determined based on the simulation optimization results, which can reduce production cost and shorten the development cycle.
