辽宁电网AVC系统建设研究

摘    要:自动电压控制(AVC)是实现电网无功电压优化协调控制的一项新技术。为确保辽宁电网安全稳定运行和提高供电质量,全面开展辽宁电网AVC系统建设工作。介绍加强AVC系统建设所采取的措施,分析AVC系统建设取得的成效,并以实例说明建设与应用AVC系统对实现电网安全、稳定、高效、优质运行与管理的促进作用。

Research on AVC System of Liaoning Power Grid Construction

Abstract:Automatic voltage control (AVC) is a new technology in power system to realize reactive voltage optimization and coordination control. In order to improve the quality of power supply and to ensure the safe and stable operation of Liaoning power grid, a comprehen- sive AVC system in Liaoning power grid was constructed. This article presents the adopted measures to strengthen the building of the AVC system, makes analysis of AVC system construction achievements, and illustrates the roles of the construction and application of AVC system in promoting the security, stability, high efficiency, high-quality operation and management of power grid.
