| Abstract: | In order to understand the cold resistance of Populus xeuramericana in Dalian area,20 Populus xeuramericana clones were taken as the research objects,and the water content,electrical conductivity,MDA content,Pro content&other indicators of the dormant branches were measured.Result shows that:Populus xeuramericana‘N177’,P.xeuramericana‘02-01-119’,P.xeuramericana‘03-05-156’have strong cold resistance;Populus xeuramericana‘02-34-347’,P.xeuramericana‘03-04-170’,P.xeuramericana‘02-01-219’have poor cold resistance;result can provide a theoretical basis for the introduction&cultivation of Populus xeuramericana in southern Liaoning Province. |
