摘    要:目的]为防治云南木蠹象找到无公害的新型药剂。方法]按内比法将90%壬酸配成所需浓度,用非选择性拒食法测定药剂的拒食作用,以幼虫校正死亡率为指标评价拒食效果。结果]保湿饲养法的死亡率回归方程为y1=4.883+0.292x,相关系数为0.408,LC50=2.517 7 mg/L,其拒食率回归方程为y2=4.562+0.337x,相关系数为0.423,AFC50=19.952 6 mg/L。喷枝保湿饲养法的死亡率回归方程为y3=4.388+0.793x,相关系数为0.373,LC50=5.915 6 mg/L,其拒食率回归方程为y4=5.175+0.274x,相关系数为0.420,AFC50=0.229 6 mg/L。2 000 mg/L壬酸水溶液的初始死亡率和最高死亡率最高,达到最高死亡率的时间最佳,1 000 mg/L次之。2 000mg/L壬酸水溶液的致死中时间最短,为6.9 d,而对照的致死中时间最长,为53.7 d。结论]2 000和1 000 mg/L壬酸水溶液的拒食作用较好。

Research on the Antifeedant Action of Aqueous Nonanoic Acid on Pissodes yunnanens Larvae
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to find new pesticides without public harm for controlling Pissodes yunnanens in pine.Method] The aqueous nonanoic acid at demanded concn.was prepared with 90% nonanoic acid by inner ratio method.The antifeedant actions of pesticides were determined by non-selective antifeeding method and the antifeedant effects were evaluated with the corrected mortality of larvae as index.Result] The mortality regression equation of wet remaining feeding method was y1 = 4.883+0.292x,its correlation coefficient was 0.408 and its LC50 was 2.517 7 mg/L;the regression of its antifeeding rate was y2=4.562+0.337x,its correlation coefficient was 0.423 and its AFC50 was 19.952 6 mg/L.The mortality regression equation of branch-sprayed wet-remaining feeding method was y3 = 4.388+0.793x,its correlation coefficient was 0.373 and its LC50 was 5.915 6 mg/L;the regression of its antifeeding rate was y4=5.175+0.274x,its correlation coefficient was 0.420 and its AFC50 was 0.229 6 mg/L.The initial mortality and highest mortality of aqueous nonanoic acid at 2 000 mg/L were highest and the time when its highest mortality was achieved was best,that of aqueous nonanoic acid at 1 000 mg/L were secondary.The median lethal time of aqueous nonanoic acid at 2 000 mg/L was shortest,being 6.9 d and that of CK was longest,being 53.7 d.Conclusion] The antifeedant actions of aqueous nonanoic acid at 2 000 and 1 000 mg/L were better.
