摘    要:运用线性混合模型对76个双单倍体系(DH系)测交组合在东北春玉米区和河南夏玉米区多点产量试验结果进行分析。方差分析和回归参数分析结果表明:不同测交组合间有明显差异,多数组合稳定性表现相似。在东北春玉米区,测交组合V9组合表现优异,与郑单958差异达5%显著水平,增产34.0%,比先玉335增产12.46%,该组合基因型遗传效应值低于先玉335,增产的原因主要来自于基因型与生态区的互作效应。测交组合在河南夏玉米区表现一般。

Abstract:By applying the theory of mixed linear model analysis,methods for analyzing unbalanced data from 76 double haploid lines test crosses of regional test over spring maize area in Northeast China and summer maize area in Henan were proposed.Based on the regression parameter and confidence interval,it was observed that most genotypes with the similar yield stabilities.V9 was an elite cross in spring maize area of Northeast China.The difference between V9 and Zhengdan958 was significant at 0.05 probability level.The yield of V9 increased 34.0 more than that of Zhengdan958,and 12.46 more than that of X335.It had lower genotype genetic effect than X335.The nice performance of V9 was mainly due to the genotype and ecological zone interaction effects.No ideal cross was found in Henan summer maize area.
