西瓜及其砧木苗期褐斑病的发生和不同杀菌剂的防治效果

摘    要:以西瓜品种和作为西瓜砧木的南瓜品种为试材,采用人工接种的方法比较了南瓜和西瓜品种对苗期褐斑病的抗感性差异;以南瓜京欣砧4为试材,采用人工接种后喷施杀菌剂的方法,比较了4种杀菌剂对褐斑病的防治效果。结果表明:人工接种后,南瓜比西瓜发病严重,4个南瓜品种与2个西瓜品种间的病情指数均存在显著性差异。4个南瓜品种中,京欣砧4发病最重,其次是京欣砧8、京欣砧6和京欣砧5;2个西瓜品种中,华欣比京欣三号发病严重,且华欣的病情指数显著高于京欣三号。4种供试杀菌剂中,42.8%氟菌·肟菌酯悬浮剂和10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂的平均防治效果(分别为80.54%和78.76%)显著高于80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂和75%百菌清可湿性粉剂(分别为57.85%和57.31%);生产中,建议使用42.8%氟菌·肟菌酯悬浮剂和10%苯醚甲环唑水分散剂防治褐斑病。

Abstract:Abstract: The different cultivars of pumpkin and watermelon were used as test materials to compare the resistance of pumpkin and watermelon cultivars to brown spot disease at seedling stage by artificial inoculation. The control effect of four fungicides on brown spot disease of pumpkin ''Jingxin anvil 4'' was compared by spraying fungicides after artificial inoculation. The results showed that after artificial inoculation, the disease of pumpkin was more serious than that of watermelon. There were significant differences in disease index between 4 pumpkin cultivars and 2 watermelon cultivars. Among the four pumpkin cultivars, ''Jingxin anvil 4'' had the most serious disease, followed by ''Jingxin anvil 8'' ''Jingxin anvil 6'' and ''Jingxin anvil 5''. Among the two watermelon cultivars, ''Huaxin'' was more serious than ''Jingxin No.3'' and the disease index of ''Huaxin'' was significantly higher than that of ''Jingxin No.3''. Among the four fungicides tested, the average control effects of 42.8% fluorobacterium·oxime ester suspension and 10% difenoconazole water dispersible granule (80.54% and 78.76%, respectively) were significantly higher than that of 80% mancozeb wettable powder and 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder (57.85% and 57.31%, respectively). In production, it was recommended to use 42.8% fluorobaterium ? oxime ester suspension and 10% difenoconazole water dispersible granule to prevent and control brown spot.
