摘    要:在人类消费的可食性动物组织或产品中出现兽药和其代谢物残留可能将对消费者造成不同程度的毒害,这迫切要求开发具有快速、简易、敏感性好等特征的检测方法。本文对动物性食品中兽药和其代谢物残留的微生物学、免疫学、生物感应器、色谱学等快速筛选方法的检测原理、现状及研究进展作一综述。

METHODS FOR RAPID SCREENING DETECTION OF VETERINARY DRUG RESIDUES IN ANIMAL FOODS

Abstract:Veterinary drug and its metabolin residues presented in edible tissues and productions of animal origin for human consumption may exert different levels of toxicity on consumers when consuming them. Thus, development rapid, easy and sensitive tests are really needed. This article reviewed the principles, status quo and developments such as microbiology, immunology, biosensor, chromatographia methods for rapid screening detection methods of veterinary drug and its metabolin residues in foods of animal origin.
