水葫芦花期不同部位的资源性化学成分分析与评价

摘    要:分别采用减重、电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)、凯氏定氮法和BCA试剂盒法、硝酸铝-分光光度法以及超高效液相-质谱联用HILIC-UPLC-TQ-MS/MS方法,对水葫芦花期不同部位水分和灰分、重金属、粗蛋白、总黄酮类、核苷类、氨基酸类成分的组成及含量进行分析评价。结果表明水葫芦花期须根、短缩茎、匍匐茎、叶柄、叶片、花序中水分含量分别为93.67%、96.34%、97.13%、96.65%、90.85%、96.03%,总灰分和酸不溶性灰分含量分别为25.83%、24.24%、26.32%、17.33%、18.64%、17.16%和6.83%、6.19%、7.36%、5.24%、4.97%、4.85%;砷、镉、铅含量之和分别为29.77、14.01、11.67、12.36、140.43、20.85 mg/kg;2种方法测得的粗蛋白含量分别为7.79%、7.17%、10.21%、8.29%、17.67%、18.23%,4.64%、3.95%、7.83%、5.14%、13.74%、14.02%;总黄酮类含量分别为2.81%、4.18%、3.38%、3.04%、8.29%、4.17%;总核苷类成分含量分别为0.46%、0.57%、0.64%、0.29%、1.04%、1.52%;总氨基酸类成分含量分别为0.21%、0.25%、0.55%、0.21%、1.44%、1.37%。水葫芦花期各部位均含有丰富的资源性化学成分,叶片和花序中粗蛋白、总黄酮类、核苷类、氨基酸类成分含量在各部位中最高,具有潜在的药用和营养保健价值。本研究结果可为水葫芦的资源化利用提供科学依据。

Analysis and Evaluation of Chemical Components of Different Parts of Eichhornia crassipes during the Flowering Period
Abstract:The contents of water,ash,heavy metal ions,crude protein,total flavonoids,nucleosides and amino acids in different parts of Eichhornia crassipes during the flowering period were analyzed and evaluated by the burning constant weight method,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES),Kjeldahl method and BCA kit,and hydrophilic interaction ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (HILIC-UPLC-TQ-MS/MS),respectively.The water content of the fibrous root,short stem,stolon,petiole,leaf and inflorescence was 93.7%,96.3%,97.1%,96.6%,90.8% and 96.0%,respectively.Total ash and acid-insoluble ash were 25.8%,24.2%,26.3%,17.3%,18.6%,and 17.2%,and 6.8%,6.2%,7.4%,5.2%,5.0%,and 4.85%,respectively,for the plant parts listed before.In the same order,the concentration of three metal ions (arsenic,cadmium and lead) was 29.8,14.0,11.7,12.4,140.4 and 20.8 ppm.According to Kjeldahl method and BCA kit,the levels of crude protein were 7.8%,7.2%,10.2%,8.3%,17.7%,and 18.2%,and 4.6%,4.0%,7.8%,5.1%,13.7% and 14.0%,respectively.Flavonoids were found at 2.8%,4.2%,3.4%,3.0%,8.3% and 4.2%.Finally,the content of total nucleosides and amino acids were 0.46%,0.57%,0.64%,0.29%,1.04%,and 1.52%,and 0.21%,0.25%,0.55%,0.21%,and 1.44%,respectively.Therefore all parts of E.crassipes have potential nutritional value and medicinal effects,thus could be further utilized in food and medicinal chemistry.Especially the leaves and inflorescences possessed the highest contents of crude protein,flavonoids,total nucleosides and amino acids among all parts of E.crassipes.The research provides useful information for the resource utilization of E. crassipes.
