番茄内生菌根研究初报

摘    要:从番茄根际土壤中分离VA菌根真菌的孢子,以单孢或多孢在水培条件下接种番茄幼苗。形成内生菌根后再次分离孢子,进行种的鉴定,初步鉴定了球囊霉属(Glomus)的2个新记录种:G.fasciculatum,G·etunicatum.

Abstract:Chlamydospores and azygospores of endomycorrhizal fungi were isolated by wet sieving and decanting method from rhizospherical soils of tomato. Tomato seedlings were ino(?)ulated with single spores or multiple spores, then transfered into sand tubes and grown in low level nutrient solution (5% Hoaglands). Chlamydospores of Glomus spp, were collected after 9 weeks culture and reinoculated with single spores. Spores from 5 single isolates were taxonomically examined. Two Glomus species were identified as new records; G.fasciculatum (Thaxter sensu Gerdemann) Gerdemann & Trappe and G. etunicatum Becker et Gerdemann.
