摘    要:以曙光油桃为试材,通过叶面喷布研究了多效唑(PP353)对其生长发育和叶片光合速率的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,多效唑抑制油桃新梢的生长,且随着处理浓度的增加,抑制效果增强,叶面喷布多效唑的有效期持续30~50d。研究结果还表明,多效唑抑制油桃叶片的生长与发育,增加叶片的叶绿素含量,并显著提高叶片的光合速率。

Abstract:The regulating effects of paclobutrazol on shoot growth and leaf photosynthesis rate were studied with‘Shuguang' nectarine through leaf spraying "technique. The results showed that paelobutrazol inhibited the shoot growth and the inhibiting effects enhanced with the increase of paclobutrazol concentration compared with control. Moreover, the effective period of paclobutrazol maintained about 30--50 days after leaf spraying. On the other hand, the results indicated that paclobutrazol reduced leaf growth and increased chlorophyll content and leaf photosynthesis rate in Shuguang nectarine.
