| 摘 要： | 对优质杂交籼稻丰优香占（粤丰A/R6547）及其亲本的特征特性和品质分析结果表明，丰优香占糙米率、长宽比、透明度、直链淀粉含量和碱消值接近双亲中值；整精米率明显高于双亲中值，偏向于高值亲本；垩白粒率、垩白度和胶稠度明显低于双亲中值，偏向于低值亲本；香味源自母本。针对杂交稻米垩白粒率高、垩白度大和胶稠度低的突出问题，提出优质杂交籼稻育种的关键是选育优质不育系和优质恢复系，特别是优质不育系的选育，通过广泛收集水稻种质资源，筛选理想材料作亲本，对现有不育系和恢复系进行遗传改良，优化组配，可达到培育优质杂交籼稻的目标。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the biological and grain quality characteristics of the indica hybrid rice combination,Fengyou Xiangzhan(Yuefeng A/R6547) and its parents,the results showed that brown rice rate(BR),the ratio of grain length to width(L/W),transparency,amylose content(AC) and alkali spreading value(ASV) of Fengyou Xiangzhan were close to the mid-parental values of its parents;head rice rate(HR) of Fengyou Xiangzhan was obviously higher than its mid-parental values and partial to that of its higher parent;chalky rice rate(CR),rice chalkiness(RC) and gel consistency(GC) of Fengyou Xiangzhan were obviously lower than its mid-parental values and leaning to those of its lower parent;and the aroma of Fengyou Xiangzhan was inherited from its female parent.To overcome the difficult problems of grain quality such as higher CR,bigger RC and lower GC existed in current indica hybrid rice,it is necessary to collect widely rice genetic resources and use the desirable ones as the parents to improve genetically the existing undesirable male sterile and restorer lines and develop parental lines with good grain quality,especially male sterile lines with superior grain quality for breeding of superior quality indica rice hybrids. |
