N_2与He-Ne激光诱变小麦后代的生物学效应探讨

摘    要:本试验采用He-Ne激光和N2激光辐照“汉源小麦”等四个材料的干种子,采用随机区组设计,重复3次,利用生物统计学方法,从个体水平上连续两年考查了激光诱变小麦L1代和L2两代的单株籽粒产量等57个性状的变异,结果表明:辐照材料不同,激光诱变后代的变异程度不同,差异明显;He-Ne激光和N2激光诱变后代的变异随剂量增加而加大;激光种类不同,后代变异差异不大;不同激光诱变处理后代的变异大小顺序是:激光与60Co-γ复合诱变>60Co-γ处理>激光处理。

Abstract:Dry seeds of wheat cultivars "Hanyuan" and their γ 1 offsprings were exposed to He-Ne laser and N 2 laser at two dosage levels separately. A randonized complete block design of three replications was adpoted in two generations; The main results are as follows: the variability of most characters in L 1 and L 2 generations is significant among the generation treated with He-Ne laser and N 2 laser are not heary, the variabilities most straits increase with dosage. The variubility of the materials treated with both laser and 60 Co-radiation while the materials treated with caser have the least variability.
