打叶复烤烤透率研究

摘    要:目的]提高打叶复烤质量。方法]总结打叶复烤烤透率的含义、测定方法,分析烤透率的原理及其与烟叶水分均匀性的关系,研究烤透率对烤后烟叶储存的影响。结果]在复烤过程中,不同烤透率的条件下,烟叶含水率极差变化较大,对回潮后烟叶水分均匀性的影响较大。随着烤透率的提高,烟叶含水率极差呈减小趋势,即各叶片含水率趋于均匀。不同水分烟叶在同一烟箱内水分平衡较缓慢。鉴于烤透率测定方法受人为因素的影响较大,偏差也不易控制,建议烤透率的行业标准设定为≥98%。结论]在一定条件和范围内,通过提高烟叶复烤烤透率,可提高回潮后烟叶含水率的均匀性和储存安全性,应将烤透率作为复烤工艺的一个重要考核指标。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to increase the quality of threshing and redrying in tobacco.Method] The meanings of redrying rate of threshing and redrying in tobacco and its determining method were sum up,the principle of redrying rate and its relationship with the tobacco moisture uniformity were analyzed and the effect of redrying rate on the tobacco storage was studied.Result] During the process of tobacco redrying with different conditions of redrying rate,there was greater range change on the tobacco moisture,which had greater effect on tobacco moisture uniformity after moisture regain.Along with the increase of redrying rate,the tobacco moisture range showed the minishing trend,namely,the moisture content in each leaf trended to uniformity.The moisture uniformity for the tobacco leaves with different moisture content was slow in a same tobacco oven.As the determining method of redrying rate was greatly effected by man-made factors and the its deviation was hard to be controlled,it was suggested that industry standard of redrying rate was set up as ≥98%.Conclusion] Under some conditions and in contain range,the tobacco moisture uniformity after moisture regain and tobacco storage safety could be increased through raising the redrying rate of redried tobacco and the redrying rate should be regarded as an important assessing index for redrying technology.
