摘    要:目的]对保鲜剂及其浓度进行筛选,为香石竹切花保鲜提供依据。方法]从处理后瓶插寿命、水分平衡值、鲜重变化及观赏值等指标综合考虑,对香石竹切花保鲜剂及其浓度进行筛选试验。结果]结果表明:以处理C1(7.5%蔗糖+2.5 mg/L柠檬酸+2.5 mg/L8-HQ)具有最佳的处理效果。结论]该保鲜剂配比可广泛应用于商业、家庭的鲜切花保鲜中。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose to screen antistaling agents and their concentration and provide practice base for fresh-keeping of cut carnation flowers.Method] Considered on the indexes such as vase life,water equilibrium value,fresh weight change and ornamental quality the screening test was conducted on antistaling agents and their concentration of cut carnation flowers.Result] The treatment C1(7.5% cane sugar 2.5 mg/L citric acid 2.5 mg/L 8-HQ)got optimum fresh-keeping effect.Conclusion] This matching of antistaling agents can be applied on the fresh cut flower in commerce and family.
