| 摘 要： | 采用系统预示法初步分析鉴定了大叶胡颓子茎的化学成分,测定了其醇提物对4种常见的呼吸道感染菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克氏杆菌)和革兰氏阳性代表菌(枯草杆菌)的抑制作用。结果表明:石油醚提取液中含有甾体或三萜类,95%乙醇提取液中含有酚类、鞣质、有机酸、黄酮、甾体、蒽醌、香豆素与萜类内酯和强心苷,水提液中含有糖及苷类、有机酸、蛋白质、氨基酸、皂苷和酚类、鞣质。醇提物对5种供试菌有较强的体外抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为3.332~6.667 mg/mL生药。
