| 摘 要： | 发展战略和有效管理是中小农机企业面临的首要问题。运用复杂性科学的理论和方法,分析中小农机企业的演化轨迹,找到演化的三个平衡点,确定出发展的二种可行性目标。中小农机企业呈现出初值敏感、远离平衡态的开放系统、对称性破缺、自组织、阶段性稳定等特征。结论:稳定生存是企业发展的重要选项;序参量和关节点是企业管理的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Strategic development and effective management are critical issues facing medium-small enterprise of agriculture machines. Applying theory and method in complex system, analyze evolution phases of medium-small enterprise of agriculture machines, locate three equilibrium points in evolution phases and define two achievable goals. Medium-small enterprise of agriculture machines is sensitive dependence on parameter and unstable chaotic open system with characteristics of symmetry breaking, self-organized and periodic stability. Conclusion: Stability is the important way in enterprise development; order parameters and critical points are the key to enterprise management. |
