| Abstract: | Financial management of small and medium enterprises exists the following problems: Non-standard basic work of accounting,low level of financial management,difficult financing,poor risk-resistant ability,weak investment capacity,unscientific investment decision-making.The problems can be solved from the perspectives of external business environment and the enterprises themselves. |
