| 摘 要： | 基于垄作栽培制度的高留茬耕播是东北地区保护性耕作的主流模式.为此,在国内首次研发了适合于这种模式的前限深圆盘破茬后水平圆盘清垄的独特结构.将该装置通过通用机架与普通播种机安装在一起便可实现一次性完成破茬、清垄、播种、施肥、镇压等免耕播种全套作业.试验表明:该装置不但能够破茬开沟、清除种行残茬,创造整洁的种床,同时可以解决秸秆覆盖免耕播种机堵塞的问题而且起到一定限深的作用.其为研制适合我国东北地区垄作免耕播种机开辟了蹊径.

| Abstract: | High-residue conditions Till Plant which on the basis of the ridge cropping system is the main mode of the conservation tillage in North-East area of China. The unique structure of smooth and depth disc coulter combined with horizontal disc cleaning residues for the mode is first researched in China. We can realize the whole operation of the residues cutting, ridge cleaning, planting seed, applying fertilizer and press etc. The experiment showed that the device not only cuts the residues toprovide a clean seed band but also solves the problem of planter blocking .At the same time it has a function of depth control. Thus it finds a new path for research and manufacture of the ridge till planter used in Northeast area of China. |
