| 摘 要： | 系统分析了环境权主体争论的核心,提出了环境权理论研究的本质,即环境权是一种特殊的权利,不同的主体所享有的权利不同,并在此基础上分别讨论了国家、公民、法人及其他组织和人类作为环境权主体所应有的各种不同权利。

| Abstract: | The dispute core of the subject of environmental right was systematically analyzed.The theory research nature of the environmental right was put forward that the environmental right was a kind of special right and different subjects had different rights.Based on this,different rights that should be owned by countries,citizens,corporations and other organizations and human as the subjects of the environmental right were discussed respectively. |
