| 摘 要： | 近交程度分析是家畜育种中一项重要的工作。SAS统计分析系统(6．11版本以上)中提供了一个可用于大型畜群近交程度分析的INBREED过程。本文详细介绍了INBREED过程的使用方法,并以实际数据为例对程序的编写以及运行结果的分析等进行了详尽的阐述。

| Abstract: | It is an important thing that analyzing inbreeding degree in animal breeding. The version 6.11 and its higher version of Statistical Analysis System (SAS) provides an INBREED procedure which can calculate inbreeding coefficients of large animal population. The usage of this procedure and results analysis based on the example data were introduced detailedly in present paper. |
