甘肃省某牛场奶牛子宫内膜炎病原菌的分离鉴定及其耐药性分析

摘    要:为调查甘肃省某奶牛场奶牛子宫内膜炎的病原菌并选择治疗用敏感药物,采用细菌分离培养、革兰氏染色镜检和16SrDNA序列分析,对采集的子宫内膜分泌物样品进行细菌分离鉴定;同时采用K-B法测定这些分离株对抗菌药物的敏感性。结果表明,从10份样本分离得到12株细菌,其中,大肠杆菌7株、芽孢杆菌3株、链球菌1株、假单胞菌1株。大肠杆菌对诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、庆大霉素、氟苯尼考均不耐药;大肠杆菌对头孢噻肟和卡那霉素的耐药率为14.29%,对四环素和氨苄西林的耐药率均为28.57%,对红霉素耐药率为57.14%。芽孢杆菌对卡那霉素、诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、庆大霉素、四环素均不耐药,而对头孢噻肟、红霉素及氨苄西林的耐药率均为33.33%。大肠杆菌和芽孢杆菌对青霉素均完全耐药(100%)。链球菌对氨苄西林、氟苯尼考、头孢噻肟敏感,对青霉素中度敏感,对其他6种抗菌药物耐药。假单胞菌对青霉素和头孢噻肟耐药,对其他8种抗菌药物敏感。

Isolation, Identification and Drug-resistance of Pathogenic Bacteria from the Dairy Cows Infected by Endometritis in Gansu
Abstract:In order to identify the pathogenic bacteria from dairy cows infected by endometritis in Gansu province and choose sensitive drugs for treatment, pathogenic bacteria were isolated from uterine secretion samples of dairy cows infected by endomietritis and identified by Gram staining and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. We had isolated and identified 12 strains, including 7 E. coli strains, 3 Bacillus strains, 1 Streptococcus strain and 1 Pseudomonas strain. E. coli strains were sensitive to Norfloxacin, Enrofloxacin , Gentamicin and Florfenicol. E. coli strains were resistant to Cefotaxime (14.29%), Kanamycin(14.29%),Acheomycin(28.57%), Ampicillin(28.57%) and Erythromycin(57.14%). Bacillus strains were sensitive to Kanamycin, Norfloxacin, Enrofloxacin, Florfenicol, Gentamicin and Acheomycin while resistant to Cefotaxime(33.33%), Erythromycin(33.33%), Ampicillin(33.33%). E. coli strains and Bacillus strains were most resistant to Penicillin (100% and 100%, respectively).Streptococcus strain was most sensitive to Ampicillin, Florfenicol and Cefotaxime.Streptococcus strain was intermediate sensitive to Penicillin and resistant to the other six medicines. Pseudomonas strain was most resistant to Penicillin and Cefotaxime while sensitive to others.
