| 摘 要： | 采用染色体常规制片方法,对三峡紫皮大蒜和百合大蒜进行染色体核型比较分析。结果表明,三峡紫皮大蒜染色体数目为2n=2x=16,染色体基数x=8,染色体核型公式为K(2n)=16=12m+4sm,主要由中部和近中部着丝点染色体组成,染色体相对长度组成为2n=16=2L+6M2+6M1+2S,属于"2A"型,核型不对称性为60.04%;百合大蒜的染色体数目为2n=2x=16,染色体基数x=8,染色体核型公式K(2n)=16=14m+2sm,主要由中部和近中部着丝点染色体组成;染色体的相对长度组成为2n=2L+6M1+6M2+2S,属于"2B"型。核型不对称性为60.88%。通过这2种植物核型分析比较,表明三峡紫皮大蒜和百合大蒜在进化中属于比较原始的物种,百合大蒜的进化程度稍高于三峡紫皮大蒜,两者核型相似表明亲缘关系比较近,可能两者基因交流比较频繁。

| Abstract: | Chromosome karyotype of purple garlic in the Three Gorges Area and white garlic was compared by traditional squash method using root tip. The results showed that chromosome number in the two materials is 2n=2x=16, the basic chromosome number is x=8 and their chromosome composition of relative length both is 2n=16=2L+6M1+6M2+2S. The karyotype formulas of purple garlic in the Three Gorges Area and white garlic is K(2n)=16=12m+4sm and 2n=16=14m+2sm, respectively. The index of As.K% of purple garlic in the Three Gorges Area and white garlic was 60.04% and 60.88%, and their karyotypes were 2A and 2B type, respectively. The results revealed karyotype of purple garlic in the Three Gorges Area and white garlic is both symmetrical to a higher degree, indicating that they belongs to relatively primitive type and relatively old or the original plant in evolutionary processes. But the white garlic is more advanced than purple garlic in the Three Gorges Area in evolutionary processes. They have similar karyotype, which showed that they have closely genetic relatedness and they may have frequent gene flow exchange. |
